Positive opinion for Credibility
I have used this resource quite a few times, and have success in removing all viruses off my computer. As it is not a downloadable product, makes it a bit non-convienent.

Positive opinion for Effectiveness
I had the unfortunate opportunity to use this program. This program pinpointed the virus. Though it could not 'fix' it, I at least had something to go on that 2 other major brand virus scanners lacked.

Although it does an automatic download, TrendMicro's virus scanner is wonderful, free and you can scan your hard drives or floppies while online. Must have Internet Explorer 3.02+ or Netscape Navigator 3.01+

Very well-done. The first virus scan takes longer than the rest, but it does come up with a list of viruses and offers the option of fixing the files or deleting them. Housecall is not always able to fix files it claims it can, but it wil
