I can''t deny the fact that it contains comprehensive tips including personal experiences of disabled people. But poor design and presentation makes it uninteresting. Navigation becomes a big problem. User may find the way out the moment he gets at this site.

Positive opinion for Effectiveness
Despite the navigation being quite confusing I found the content more then made up for it. I did find what I was looking for and more So in the end it did what it set out to do. This site has great potential if only a little more care was taken to make it more user friendly.

Negative opinion for Friendliness
The idea of this directory is much better than the website itself. I found it very hard to navigate and the design was a little on the annoying side. The only useful thing on this website, is the links that take you out of it.
