1. Positive opinion for Overall impression
American Airlines is a terrific Airline and this site does them credit. It is easy to navigate and everything you need is there to enable you to book your trip. The members benefits are good and incentive to use the airline. Definitely a must visit site if you are visiting USA

2. Negative opinion for Price/Quality level
This site is very difficult to use, and becomes very confusing as you delve into it. On top of that, 5 out of 6 times you can find better prices on other sites. If you like AA, than perhaps you will like the site. If you''re price checking, don''t waste your time.

3. Positive opinion for Overall impression
I have often been to this site to compare rates although I have never found theirs to be the lowest. Still has very easy navigation and is well organized.

4. Positive opinion for Overall impression
This is a fantastic site for the traveller. Here you can check out the availability of flights from and to most countries in the world. It is not just tied to American Airlines flights. Can also check out prices from London US or Virign Islands.

5. Neutral opinion for Overall impression
Found some good features but couldn''t contact anyone to ask personal questions. This site could be alot better. It''s good if your travel issues are really simple but don''t expect much if you need to ask questions or deviate out of their routine scheduling.
